Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on all orders delivered within the United States.

Where do you ship?

Shipping is currently limited to addresses within the United States.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 days, Monday to Saturday.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, transit time is typically 3–6 days, Monday to Saturday, depending on destination. The estimated total delivery timeframe is 4–8 business days, including processing and transit.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once the order has been dispatched.

What if my order is delayed?

Delivery delays may occur due to holidays, peak shipping periods, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, allow an additional 3 business days. If it is still not received, contact us through our Contact Us page for assistance.

Returns and Refunds

What is the return window?

Return requests may be submitted within 90 days from the delivery date.

Are restocking fees charged?

No restocking fees are applied.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

What items are eligible for return?

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition. Original tags and packaging should be included where applicable. Proof of purchase is required, and an order confirmation email is acceptable.

How do I request a return?

Before sending any item back, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. A reason for return may be provided but is optional. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

When are refunds issued?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing occurs within 7 business days after approval.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchange requests can be submitted through our Contact Us page with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible through our Contact Us page, including your order number. Orders may be canceled before processing begins. Once processing has started or the order has shipped, cancellation may not be available. If the order has shipped, a return request may be submitted after delivery in accordance with the 90-day return policy.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. Include your order number and, where possible, a clear photo of the issue for review and resolution.
