Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging should be included where applicable.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is accepted).
How to Request a Return
- Contact us first: Submit your request through the Contact Us page before sending any items back. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. A reason for return may be included but is optional.
- Wait for approval: Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed. If approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.
- Secure packaging: Package items carefully to reduce the risk of damage during return transit.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns due to preference, change of mind, or exchange requests.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. Orders may be canceled before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be available. After shipment, returns must follow the applicable return procedure.
